Role command for line responses #89

Implement a role based command so that when a user has a specific role IG; Yuri fan/Yuri Lover It changes the responses to be more romantic/positive, a spin on it being that if you have a negative role towards a Doki, EX; Yuri Hater The specified doki has more negative responses towards the user.
