I've switched to the LQFP version of the STM32F072. Was there any reason why you went that route? It seems pretty unconvenient to solder.
I've also:
Removed some conflicts with "POWER" and "ACTIVE" leds
Added to the pcb R15, which was on the schematic but not on the pcb, which is probably the one you're referring to in the readme:
Missing pulldown for gatedriver input of the flyback converter This can cause problems when in DFU mode as the mosfet might switch on permanently, shortying VUSB
H4 is still disconnected from ground on the pcb, while connected in the schematic. which one is right?

It needs at least a review before getting merged
