Enhance Loading Time of Site--13 seconds to load #106

I've had our team test the loading times of site and it's pretty long compared to other sites. I assume this is being worked on but thought i'd create an issue so we know it needs to be closed b4 official re-launch :)

David added lazy-loading of the large images on the main page some other major optimizations and now has it down to 1-2 seconds.
