Max Normal Power and Min Normal Power #23

In high.cfg, low_no_sus.cfg, and low_sus.cfg the columns are as follow:

note, high power, high power dur, normal power, normal power dur, low power, low power dur

So in each .cfg profiles all the notes exist. So for high.cfg it's really a "max_normal_power" and for low_no_sus.cfg or low_sus.cfg the normal power in it should really mean "min_normal_power"
