getbmp sometimes sends very large images... #2

... though they are only needed in very small versions: /schools/views.py

Solution: Limit width that is transferred to width of screen icons. We will need a 'fit in' parameter for the resize/converting tool.

The same applies to the images at evnts-newevents and events-classroom
