Battery Implementation of Device.

Must Do's checklist:

[x] Create Battery
[x] Enable charging for battery
[x] Enable draining
[x] Device shuts off if battery isnt charged
[x] colour of progress bar changes with charge level
[x] Handle low Battery use case
