save out settings with a user-specified filename (in "data\settings" directory)
load settings (automatically populate list with contents of "data\settings")

debug render mode assignments (seem like they're scrambled at the moment with the skeleton render mode affecting the image render mode).

- partially done — still need to make sure settings for radio buttons are implemented after load

Finished debugging this and it seems to work really well.
