integrated preview has stopped working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Features selected (+options for each feature):
Icon; show all unread count; fix layout; fix counter; icon counter; remove 
ads; integrated preview

2. Url feed:

3. What is the expected output?
When I click title, content should load in frame. Also preview button 
should appear at bottom of frame. 

4. What do you see instead?
No preview button at bottom of frame. When I click on title, content loads 
in new tab.

What is your version of GoogleReaderPlus ?
-> 2.8.8

What version of the product are you using?

Chrome (+channel): 5.0.307.7 beta for Mac

Screen resolution: 1920x1200

The preview feature was working fine earlier today. I was away from my 
computer for a few hours, and when I returned it was no longer working.
