Toggle hover effect for Calibri skin #350

Would it be possible to add a check-box on the Calibri skin to toggle the 
mouse-over hover CSS effect? Or more simply to remove the effect all together 
for the currently open article in list view? I find myself constantly having to 
move my mouse off that area, as it is somewhat distracting during reading. I 
looked for a place to pose a question without success. It may be that it is 
possible for me to make this tweak on my own, but I don't know how. Thanks for 
your consideration.

As a first fast answer, use 'relook' feature to add your own css.
