Screen not set out properly since Reader update #537

Since the "upgrade" to Google Reader, folders are not displayed properly down 
the left hand side. The contents of the folders are indented further than the 
folders themselves.

What is your version of GoogleReaderPlus ?
-> 3.8.1

What version of the product are you using?  (copy/paste from about:version
+ preferences/SysInfo) Chrome 15.0.874.106 m

Chrome (+channel): 15.0.874.106 m
Screen resolution: 1366x768
SysInfo:

On what operating system - Windows(XP, Vista...), Linux(Ubuntu, Debian...),
MacOs(9, X...)? Windows 7

Which others extensions are installed ? Many, but error occurs even if all are 
disabled.
