open ALL links outside of current tab #564

When I click on something in the feeds - occasionally it opens inside the 
current tab and my Google reader get replaced by it. This is frustrating. Can 
something be done about it? Maybe add "frame=_none" or something like that to 
all links?

please, give me your configuration (activated options) and related feed.

I've localized the issue:

1. feed is: http://www.theblaze.com/stories/feed/

2. my config is attached

2. when I click on an image it opens in current tab replacing google reader.

OK I see !
With readability, some links are not decorate with target="_blank" !
I will try to fix this .
