how to disable auto collapsing / expanding a folder, when cilck an item

after the extension installed, when I click an item from the content panel, 
the folder which contains the source feed of the item would automatically 
collapsed / expanded,

is there a way to disable this feature, in case I missed the option in the 
extension settings page.

In "General layout", there is "Highlight folder of current entry".
In "all items", the selected folder is then highlighted and scroll is done so 
that it ensures to be visible.

But normally, it should only highlight folder, not toggle collapse/expand...

thank you, but here, when an item is clicked, the folder would 
expand/collapsed, to show the highlighted rss feed, not just highlight the 
folder.

and...  isn't the order be finding the folder first to view an entry/item (so 
the folder should already be clicked and highlighted, an RSS feed contained in 
multiple folder?), when would be there a scene that an item be clicked first to 
find the contained folder to highlight?  

finally, uncheck this option do will fix.

I cannot reproduce expand/collapse trouble...
May be I'm not focused on the right option.
Could you please give me detailed information on your configuration (os, chrome 
version). Best of all, will be your ReaderPlus configuration (see wiki 
http://code.google.com/p/googlereaderplus/wiki/FAQ)

I retried with your own config on MacOSX and Win7 without reproducing such 
behavior.

Are you using tags to order feeds ? 
Are you in expanded/list view ?
Did you select "All items" or a tag ? 
By "content panel", do you the mean main zone in the middle of the screen with 
all articles (and not the left menu)?

i sort feeds with folders, feeds can also be in multi-folders  
in list view,
all items,

Retried again and again.
On SnowLeopard, and Mountain, on Win7, I cannot reproduce :(

Can you confirm that unchecking "Highlight folder of current entry"  in 
"General layout" solves your problem ?

Last question : 
did you use any other extension which could impact Reader ?
Or did it happend on nested folders (I have not yet tested this case)?
