Readability options : include / exclude #656

Currently you can only set an option to activate readability everywhere except 
for the pages that you want to exclude (BTW, how do you properly do that?).

It would be useful to add/change this option to "activate readability for 
following feeds:".

Normally, if checkbox is unchecked, modified feeds are those in list (included 
items).
If checked, they are excluded items.

Unfotunately it doesn't work that way.
Checkbox is unchecked and there are items on the list, but readability isn't 
activated automatically.

Moreover, some feeds cannot be removed from the list [ie. attachment]

url should not starts with google.com but with your feed domain.
tip : you can write only start or part of url.
