Crashes on Clicking External Link in Settings #24

For the longest time I was having a mysterious crash when I'd click links in the settings pane, for example the link to a plugin repo or the link to documentation in a plugin settings pane. Finally sat down and tested by enabling all my plugins one by one and the crash only happens when I have this one enabled.
