Yes, this is another issue. Anyhow, we also found that sometimes it takes longer for the camera to acquire the total amount of frames. I mean: 2000 frames at 50 fps shoud take 40 s, but sometimes it takes 1 minute or more. The problem might be mitigated when the 12-disk raid is again in place (now we have only 4).

Sometimes disk writing it's slower than supposed, so the z positions of frames grabbed by the camera in a stack acquisition are not reliable. Find a way to automatically check whether they are fine or not.
