Orca: Check timing code creates cluster fuck up big time

in the stop method it sends a message to tomo which makes it automatically start again even if orca is just run in normal start focus mode. for now i have disabled this functionality in the stop method.

Volume_table_260_tomo1_centralbrainregions_026x026x2

is the name of a volume table that can be used tomorrow to start the tomo on JP sample (saved in data 24.09 folder). I am having troubles fixing the labview code communication between the components and soon I have to shoot off to the airport.

think of 2 possible improvements:

• check timing and send the command only if the camera was in sweep mode
• I saw that in the tomo code the "is acquiring?" boolean is not initialized: it MUST be.
