Orca/tomo: folder date hierarchy

files should be saved in a folder according to the starting date of the tomo to avoid having to merge data afterwards from different days. Also a switch of date over night can cause the python script crash because the stack file is in a different fodler (written and alocated before midnight) than the temp .txt file (written after midnight).

This issue has been fixed in commit 8d6e2201d5c645c1cff751596af8b24392999f0a. Now the full file path is mantained inside the private class data
