Blank/empty page after install #2

After installation FreeBeeGee only delivers an empty (white) page. When opening the JS-Console, it says it can't load some style, vendor and main* files.

Most likely the .htaccess requirement of FreeBeeGee is not met and processing of those files not enabled in the server config file or (sub)domain configuration.

v0.11 will no longer show a blank page if apache/PHP requirements are not fully met.
