cpu fan not reported (0rpm) AsRock B85M Pro 4 M/B #692

cpu fan (fan #1) is not reported at all (0 rpm) or it reports it only after i 
run the A-tuning (fan-tastic) utility of Asrock M/B and even then it toggles 
between 0rpm and ~1060rpm all the time in the openhardware monitor display!
