Which policy do i need to get cpu temperatures as an user account #704

I have implemented the OH-Monitor inside a Windows Service.
To get the cpu temperatures, it only works when the service runs with 
administrator rights.

Can you tell me, what kind of policies or user-rights the service-account must 
have, to get the temperatures?
