typically power should be >20mW, if not something is not quite right in the path.

Power = 12.9mW //Is consistent with what we have had in the past, it seems to be less powerful then the FDA sparc system.

NeedlFiber_02 measured at 4.3mW without cleaning at the junction point. NeedlFiber_02 measured at 4.3mW with cleaning at the junction point, which indicates imperfection at the tip.
