I have a CPC200-CP2A / Carlinkit 4.0 with firmware 2022.07.29.1635.
Doing the online OTA update the device stopped working properly, I don't know which version I have installed by online.
The web page at 192.168.50.2 would no longer load, it returned a blank page.
The offline update worked and the device worked better than before.
I suggest to include compatibility with the Carlinkit 4.0 CPC200-CP2A device in the readme file as there are several reports of blocked users on the net.

I used the firmware 2022.07.29.1635 present here: https://github.com/ludwig-v/wireless-carplay-dongle-reverse-engineering/tree/master/Firmware/U2AW to perform a recovery by installing it offline with a usb stick.
