Trainee feedbacks can be entered infinitely #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When an adjudicator is allocated as a trainee
2. when the tab director enters the trainee feedback for the adjudicator

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The name of the chair/panel should be gone once after entering the result of 
the feedback. Instead, the name still appears on the screen even after entering 
the results once.
