Accepted. This simply require removing of the keyword "empty". This change however does not impede understanding, expecially for experienced users, and we state that experienced users are welcomed to work with the data file.

This portion is found in the FAQ section, which presumably is what newer users will reference.

This is stated in an entirely different section, not FAQ. And since this will be quite an obstacle for the intended target audience I feel that this is a Medium
issue and not VeryLow
It is stated in FAQ point 1: "Install the app in the other computer and overwrite the empty data file it creates".
CHIM creates a default data file populated with entries and thus should not be considered "empty". This may confuse tech illiterate users and thus they will be unable to transfer the data
