Webclient to create and control events

Usecases

[x] Emit next ticket-calls, specify how many people in which timeout should be on place
[x] Create new Event (Name, Description, Geo-Location, Groupsize, Interval-Length, External-Links)
[x] Print QR-Code with link to the event preloaded mbq-Homepage
[x] View to (live-) monitor the actual queue (statistics, precalculated round predictions with the registered ticket-holder names)
