Only send Emails to all affected participants.

@mweinelt got 30 Emails. Me, skorpy, got all of them / over 100....

I got only 30 because I created most of the entries and am not notified of that, while @skorpy2009 participated in only a few and got all the mails, even though he was not directly affected.
