Incomplete removal of artifacts. #31

sudo edi -v image create --recursive-clean 10 pi3-stretch-arm64.yml

does not remove qemu-*-static

Furthermore qemu-*-static should be pushed into a sub directory according to the config name. It might be that different use cases reference different versions of qemu-*-static.
