Fix remember scrollbar position when opening links with the same domain.

Opening a link in the current tab of the same domain still remembers the scrollbar position saved by the previous one.

• Add urlvariable to determine if the link is saved and the current link is the same.
• Add (function () {/ * code * /}) (); to avoid overwriting with Vivaldi functions or other mods.
