New Idea: Notification E-mail

Dear all, In order to be able to check on a daily/5daily/weekly basis which measurements have been submitted to discharge.ch it would be great to have a control e-mail of a certain organisation sent to a specific user/user group (that should be an administrative right) who is in charge to follow up in case of misreporting.
Ideally the main/head user should be able to select a certain timeframe for which he wants to receive the regular data summaries and that mainly point out missing data points per day. (or even just mention all the Names of users that did not submit data). A more complex version could than include even frequency and time of the day information (of the sent data) in order to check if certain users have submitted the data at the correct time of the day and in the pre defined frequency as this is not always "one measurement per day". We used this concept already with our old database and it was quite useful as people in charge of follow up tend to be to lazy to click through all the sites on discharge.ch.
