Icon Credits support #35

We need a page with each icon we use and appropriate links.

Need support for that one.

Per this page on the noun project we don't need anything fancy at all. In fact they provide the attribution required with all downloads. We just need to have a page with that info on it. No special list of icons or anything like that. Now, we could go all out if we wanted but I doubt that would be very effective for anyone.
