Overflow on linklist pages #61

I know that, with the current setup, we have the three columns designated as column one = MakingComics.com articles & column 2 = all others. I am wondering how difficult it would be to have all three columns populated evenly with MakingComics.com articles taking precedent in the priority order?

If we keep the links in the first 2 columns this isn't that difficult but having them flow into the last one after other stuff is very very difficult to the point that I'm not sure it's even possible.
