In the CPU profiler documentation:
1. It would be nice to have the LD_PRELOAD command specified, as in heap
profiling documentation, for example (e.g. env
LD_PRELOAD="/usr/local/lib/libprofiler.so")
2. Specify the default value of CPUPROFILE_FREQUENCY, if not specified by
the user.

Both are good ideas.  They'll be there in the next release.
