Suggestion (+ Patch): "Total:" line in pprof --text mode #68

I found a "Total:" line in text mode helpful, perhaps others, too.
Therefore, I attach a patch to v0.98 pprof.

Thank you for the patch.  A total line sounds good to me too.  I'll pass it by 
some
folks here, and assuming there's no objection, get it in for the next release.
