Generate report command sorted on values from category attribute #18

Summary

The report from the report-asciidoc command should be more flexible in regards on how to prepare the report.

Proposal

One suggestion is that the report should be able to sort the requirements based on their tags in the categories section of a requirement.

We need to discuss how this should be developed before we begin.

Suggestions for acceptable category tags is listed below.
