Fixed github link for officer cards #48

Before, it was assumed that the github field for an officer was a link to a GitHub page, but it was actually the username for an officer. This PR fixes the GitHub link on officer cards to reflect this.

This is more for the little GitHub icon at the bottom of each officer card to go to the correct page. Before this PR, it'd go to something like lug.cs.uic.edu/BluuArc, but with this PR, it'd go to github.com/BluuArc.
