Add support for RealTime Get #19

This adds support for solr‘s RealTime Get feature.

(and also fixes a minor bug in the testing)

This is a only solr 4.0 feature!? Could you add a two liner about it to the docs. https://wiki.apache.org/solr/RealTimeGet
