Navbar ui #32

The navbar which wasn't previously sticking to the top has been made to.

@Kaustuv942 942 make sure that you do not push files created due to migrations. Also ensure that you just have one commit per issue you solve. Pull this down and send another PR considering these factors.

I have a doubt.

Now that I had pushed the commits to the online version of my repo and My offline repo is already updated. How do I make a git push since it's showing nothing to commit.

I've tried to make a new branch, tried pulling the master repo from the central repo. But my offline files are not going back to the previous state. How should I proceed?
