LUGs table needs to be slightly wider due to unnecessary horizontal scrollbar #22

http://testsite.lug.org.uk/lugs/ - due to "Yorkshire-and-Humber", the table listing the Lugs needs to be a little bit wider (provided it does not exceed the screen size of the device it is displaying on, in which case scrollbars are fine.
