This uses the instructions from https://jekyllrb.com/docs/continuous-integration/travis-ci/ to add html-proofer as a sort of test suite for broken links.

It flags up a whole bunch of broken links, though, which I'd hope to fix before this gets merged!

Incidentally this also bumped bundler to 2.0.1, which you might not want...
