doc: 更新README文档 #78

  1. 修改了一些README的错误
  2. 增加了繁体中文的支持
  3. 将_attachments文件夹改成.attachments文件夹, 以符合git的命名习惯
  4. 将除icon.png的图像文件移动到.attachments文件夹
