Set DOI for all versions #21

Each version of the software on Zenodo gets an own DOI. We referenced version v1.0.0 in the Readme of the github repository. There is a permanent DOI which always refers to the latest version on Zenodo. I substituted the DOI of v.1.0.0 by the permanent link.
