minor doc issue #55

Just wanted to implement the binary view, only to find it already is since bc757ec6107052c2c6ba8a744aa0387bacc9332d. @prohde may you overlook that todo-list?

I thought that I had deleted that file a long time ago. Some parts of the file are already implemented or obsolete. Others might take a lot of time, e.g., optimizing the layout of the application for different display resolutions.
