TabList QoL - person_list排序 #8

增加功能 ：

只有人物列表排序 bug： Title 沒有Style（好像是LinkButton已經有theme） 理論上，只改PersonList就可以，多改了TabList的

之前沒注意sort_custom裡面的object是能抽element出來比較的，重新改了一下。 再將抽value 作為獨立function，現在看上去應該比較好。
