Changed many files, not sure it will still build on other systems...

Build setup: Windows 11 x64 Visual Studio 2019 (v16.11.25) - MSVC x64 v19.29.30148 Anaconda 3 env. with GnuRadio installed pkg-config GLFW

More changes... should build on all systems now since meson would switch off the changes....

Thanks for this! I'll review it as soon as possible. By the way, some problems you have might be fixed in the development branch. Is there any chance you could retarget this PR to the development branch?

Yeah, I also did some changes there.... I will open another on the development branch :)

Are all the changes on the new development PR? I think it would be a good idea to gather everything regarding this Windows effort in a single pull request.
