how to include "google-api-translate.jar" file into my java project.
My java project can't run because "package com.google.api.translate" 
doesnot exist.

It sounds like you may have set up your classpath incorrectly, perhaps try 
asking the 
Google Group, I don't believe this is a bug in the library though.
