Timeline for IPv6 support #19

Can you please let me know what is the timeline for IPv6 support. Alternatively are there other implementations where dummy net has IPv6 support

ipfw in FreeBSD - which is where dummynet came from - supports IPv4 and IPv6

basic IPv6 support (experimental) was added on another fork with this change if you want to try it
