Sonic Gems Collection - Sonic CD hanging when loading. #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading Sonic CD from the menu.
2. After loading save state, game will hang on 'Now Loading' screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game freezing on 'Now Loading' screen.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
v1.142, WiiU.

Please provide any additional information below.
Bug confirmed by other people on forums.

I can confirm this issue.
As of versions post-r2.145, the game does not even reach the loading screen, it 
just gives a black screen after selecting Sonic CD.
