If a user had a lot of tickets they wished to use to download CDN content, maybe being able to use the ticket.db from CTRNAND directly in the tool would be helpful?

Only after I'm done with something else I'm writing for the tool. Too much going to change to be adding yet another thing to what I'm changing code-wise right now.
