Connect main project to MemberMatch

The MemberMatch code just does the math. It still needs code that:

• Notices that a line of race results may contain a first name, last name, or nickname or alternative name of a member. -- This may involve breaking the line into words and normalizing the words (for example, putting in all caps and changing O'Neil to ONEIL)
• If the results contain city information (this can be input manually), new code must tell if that line contains the city of any members from who there is a name match. Also must tell how many other lines contain the cities of interest.
• It needs a source of nicknames and alternative names. (This could be done manually.)

MemberMatch outputs a score (or Probability). It also needs code that:

• Uses that score to find or help a person find members in the results. (Ideas: Highlighting, links, ordered list ...)
