Can i Set timeout? i think i have default 20sec on sensor light before off, can i extend the time?

after i set properties DEC_DECODER_TIMEOUT = 100000, no reaction, the sensor scanner still of 20sec

Check if your device supports decoder timeouts, honeywell devices has a settings entry in the Android System Settings from where you can set the properties allowed by device.
